Splitting Art-net Universes between Pixelmaps Posted by Ryan Brown on 27 March 2013 Summary: Some makes of Art-net or Kinet receiver will flash, or occasionally have a delay reacting to DMX coming in from the Hippotizer.
Solution: In Pixelmapper you have the ability to run 10 separate Pixel-map engines. Each map can have any combination of output universes patched to it. We have found that if the same universe is patched onto two different Engines at the same time then this can cause problems with some receivers. It is therefore important to make sure that each output universe is patched to one Engine only.
