As 3x3 video walls are quite common, here a quick guid how to run 4k (or UHD) accross such a setup from the 4 outputs of a Par4Keet.
First of all to work out the resolution of each display:
Horizontal: 3840 / 3 = 1280
Vertical: 2160 / 3 = 720
So the easiest way to drive all 9 monitors is to use 3x Matrox TripleHead2Go units to split a large 3840x720 output into 3 x DVI outputs. So in the end you would utilise 3 outputs each driving a row of 3 screens. In the output manager you can set up the canvas to be at 3940x2160 and then get each output to cover one third of the canvas.
